Ashley began her legal career in commercial litigation, representing clients in matters involving contracts, fiduciary duties, fraud, trademarks, and trade secrets. Over time, her work expanded into intellectual property and law practice management, experiences that continue to inform her perspective today.

At Norton Law, Ashley now focuses her practice on estate planning and business planning—helping families protect what matters most and guiding business owners through formation, succession, and long-term strategy. She combines her background in advocacy, client counseling, and operations with a client-centered approach that emphasizes clarity, precision, and respect for each client’s unique goals and values.
